Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy explains how Kuroyama Esports ("we", "our" or "the App") handles personal data when you use the website, mobile app, tournaments, wallet, rewards, withdrawals, referrals, notifications and support.
2. Data we collect
Account data: Google/Firebase user ID, name, email and available profile photo. Profile and tournament data: display name, language, public user ID, referrals, selected slots, game names and UIDs, match status, kills, results and rewards. Wallet and payment data: amounts, order/provider IDs, status, timestamps, transaction history and the UPI ID supplied for withdrawals. We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password. Website data: anonymous visitor session, active-session timestamp, download count, rating, review name and comment. We hash limited network/device signals to prevent duplicate review abuse and do not publish them.
3. Why we use data
We use data to authenticate accounts, operate profiles and tournaments, reserve slots, calculate fees and rewards, verify deposits, process withdrawals, maintain histories, send service notifications, provide support, prevent fraud, publish genuine aggregate website statistics and comply with applicable law.
4. Your choices
You may choose whether to submit a website review and may update the same review from the same visitor session. You can request account deletion from Profile > Delete Account after confirming the warning. Completed transaction, tournament, dispute, fraud-prevention, audit or legally required records may be retained in anonymised or restricted form.
5. Service providers and sharing
Data is shared only as needed with Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, configured payment partners, support channels you choose, authorised tournament administrators and authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data for advertising.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use HTTPS, authenticated access, server-side secrets, access controls, transaction validation and administrative restrictions. Records are retained only for service delivery, disputes, security, accounting and legal duties, then deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required.
7. Age restriction
The paid tournament, wallet and withdrawal services are intended only for persons aged 18 or older. Contact official Support if you believe a child has provided data.
8. Third-party services
Google Sign-In, payment pages, UPI apps, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube and other external services operate under their own privacy terms. Review their policies before continuing.
9. Rights, changes and grievances
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or raise a grievance through official Support. We may verify identity before acting. Material policy changes will be shown through the App or website and this date/version will be updated.
