1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Kuroyama Esports or downloading the App, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, are at least 18 years old, can enter a binding agreement and may lawfully use the service where you live.
2. Nature of the service
Kuroyama Esports provides administration for skill-based Free Fire and BGMI esports competitions. It does not offer betting, wagering, games of chance, guaranteed income or returns on deposits. Rewards depend on verified competitive performance and published tournament rules.
3. Account and registration rules
Use your own Google account and accurate profile, game name and UID details. One selected slot represents one registered player unless the tournament clearly states a team format. Registration is confirmed only after the server reserves the slots and, where applicable, deducts the complete fee.
4. Fair play
Cheating, hacks, scripts, unauthorised tools, prohibited teaming, emulator use where disallowed, false results, abusive conduct, match manipulation and exploiting defects are prohibited. Administrators may request match evidence, disqualify players, cancel rewards or restrict accounts.
5. Wallet, payments and withdrawals
The wallet is a service balance, not a bank account or investment, and earns no interest. Deposits are credited only after server-side payment verification. Screenshots or debit messages alone do not prove successful credit. Eligible withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for invalid details, insufficient balance, duplicates, fraud risk, provider failure or required verification.
6. Results, cancellations and refunds
Rewards depend on verified results. Administrators may correct evident scoring or data errors. Approved refunds are credited through the wallet transaction system. Gameplay-server outages, device failure, internet loss, late arrival and incorrect player details remain the player's responsibility unless a published decision states otherwise.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended, restricted or terminated to protect users, investigate misuse, enforce rules, comply with law or address security and payment risk. Records required for completed transactions, disputes, fraud prevention or legal compliance may survive termination.
8. Intellectual property and third parties
The App interface, original graphics, software and Kuroyama Esports branding are protected by applicable rights. Free Fire, BGMI and third-party marks belong to their owners. Kuroyama Esports is not sponsored, endorsed or operated by the game publishers or listed infrastructure providers unless expressly stated.
9. Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, tournament availability, winnings or compatibility with every device. These Terms may change when features, tournament models, providers or laws change; material updates will be notified and the date/version revised.
10. Law and support
Applicable laws of India govern these Terms while mandatory local rights remain unaffected. Questions, grievances and disputes should first be submitted through the official Support section for good-faith resolution.
